摘要:
跨国公司出于分享本地的当地优势要素的需要，通常会实行本地嵌入策略，即接纳更多的当地企业成员，并结成更为紧密的网络关系。改革开放以来，我国绝大多数经济开发区的成长和发展是与跨国公司的嵌入联系在一起的。然而基于开发区产业集群与升级的视域来看，当下跨国公司在我国开发区的嵌入性表现出了失效现象，文章提出了克服这些失效的嵌入机制构建路径。
Abstract:
Multinational corporations tend to employ the local embeddedness strategy in the need of sharing local advantages which means to recruit more local members and unite into more close-knit networks. As a matter of fact, the growth of the majority of China’s economic development zone relates significantly with the embeddedness of multinational corporations. Nevertheless, from the perspective of industrial clustering and upgrading, there have been some failures in the embeddedness of multinational corporations in China’s economic parks and solutions should be worked out to overcome the ineffectiveness in the establishments of embeddedness mechanism.
